Oscar Bardet combines expertise in contemporary art with a deep commitment to sustainability. With a master’s degree in the international art market, he began his career by analyzing art market trends and their connection to societal and environmental challenges.
His time at Maison Ruinart’s Art and Culture division, a pioneer in linking art and environmental concerns within the luxury sector, was pivotal in refining his understanding of these pressing issues and reinforcing his dedication to this field.
Since 2023, Oscar has been actively engaged in the majority of the firm’s projects bridging art, the environment, and responsible communication. As a specialist in stakeholder relations and societal challenges, he works to integrate social and environmental considerations into brand strategies.
Believing in the transformative potential of younger generations, Oscar conducts in-depth analyses of the expectations of Millennials and Gen Z. By blending his artistic expertise with a societal perspective on today’s challenges, he develops creative and inclusive solutions to address sustainability issues.
MYRIAM CONEIM
Myriam Coneim is an expert in ESG strategy, decarbonization, circular economy, and non-financial reporting, with over 15 years of international experience at Barclays, American Express, and L’Oréal USA. A sustainability graduate from Paris-Dauphine University, she has led multicultural teams and mobilized stakeholders around ambitious, transformative projects.
Among her key achievements, Myriam reduced Barclays’ carbon emissions by 91% (scope 1 and 2), improved American Express’ ESG scores (CDP: from “C” to “A”), and launched the first payment card made from recycled ocean plastic. She also spearheaded philanthropy programs involving 25,000 employees worldwide, supporting over 4,000 NGOs and raising more than $7 million.
Returning to France in late 2023 to her native region of Toulouse, with a desire to drive positive impact within the French territory by leveraging her international expertise, she now collaborates with Audouin Consulting on projects related to creative CSR, philanthropy, and responsible communication. Combining strategic vision with pragmatism, Myriam helps companies transition toward inclusive, sustainable, and engaging business models.
CÉCILE FRANZETTI
Cécile brings 25 years of experience in communication, gained between Paris, New York, and London, where she worked with clients such as Renault, Danone, Marks & Spencer, and Kellogg’s. Her expertise spans advertising, public relations, brand strategy, and event management, with a focus on supporting executive teams and aligning business strategies with impactful communication.
In 2020, she shifted her focus to environmental challenges, completing a program in sustainable development at the Collège des Hautes Études du Développement Durable. This transition allowed her to integrate sustainability into her professional practice. Since 2021, she has been collaborating with Alice Audouin Consulting, leveraging her skills in responsible communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement to help businesses navigate their transformations and embrace more sustainable practices.
Now based in Toulouse after 20 years abroad, Cécile is deeply involved in raising public awareness on issues such as resource conservation and environmental challenges, particularly among younger generations. Of Caribbean and Italian descent, she is passionate about sailing and Argentine tango, and thrives on connecting people, ideas, and projects that inspire innovative and meaningful change.
SANDRINE GINTZBURGER
Sandrine has 15 years of experience with leading media groups such as Lagardère and Marie Claire, where she successfully managed digital operations. With expertise in B2B and B2C marketing, communication, and digital strategies, she has consistently demonstrated her ability to merge innovation with strategic vision.
In 2015, she turned her focus to the intersection of art and business by founding Triptyc, a trailblazing agency that integrates art into corporate environments. Collaborating with renowned artists like JR and Liu Bolin, she developed impactful projects that address contemporary challenges in responsibility and innovation, while reinforcing the role of art within the professional world.
Passionate about fostering a shift toward more responsible and authentic business practices, Sandrine pursued CSR training at the Institut Français de Gestion to deepen her expertise.
At Audouin Consulting, Sandrine leads the firm’s skill development initiatives and contributes to strategic missions. She guides companies in enhancing their communications by embedding principles of transparency, measurability, and legal compliance. Sandrine also holds a master’s degree in marketing from ESSEC.
